Appointment and arrival time

A prompt appointment schedule is adhered to at Glam London and some late appointments may not be honoured. Treatments that begin late due to client lateness may be shortened in consideration of the next client. We therefore advise all clients to arrive ten minutes early for their bookings to ensure that they have plenty of time to get ready for their appointment.

Cancellation Policy

At Glam London, we operate a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. This policy applies when the appointment is booked in person, on the phone, via email or online through our website. Failure to notify Glam London of a cancellation within 24 hours will result in the loss of the appointment and 100% cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for cancelled or rescheduled bookings.

Clients arriving more than ten minutes late for their appointments will risk losing their appointment and being charged in full. Please note in the event of a late arrival, we may not be able to carry out the complete treatment, however you will still be charged for the full value of the treatment that was made at the time of booking.

Group Bookings

For any bookings of three people or more Glam London will require a 50% deposit. An invoice will be sent for the booking and once the deposit is settled the booking will be made. We will require 48 hours’ notice to change or cancel the booking and deposits are calculated according to each treatment.

Gift Vouchers

If you are paying with a gift voucher you must give details at the time of booking. Gift vouchers must be presented at reception upon arrival for the booked treatment. Gift vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months. Glam London will not accept responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged gift vouchers.

Gift vouchers may not be exchanged for cash or other vouchers. Change will not be given from gift vouchers and the remaining the balance will remain on the voucher until its expiry date.

Lost Property

We ask clients to look after their property while at Glam London as we are unable to take any responsibility for items that become lost or stolen whilst left unattended.

Nail Aftercare Service

In the event you chip your nails within three days after lacquering (four days for gel polish), please report this with a photo to battersea@glam-ldn.com and we will offer you a free touch-up on the effected nails within seven days.

Refunds

All purchases are final and we are unable to exchange or refund.

Promotions

Various promotional offers are run throughout the year, date and time restrictions may apply. Offers may not be used in conjunction with each other. Glam London reserves the right to cancel any promotions running at any given time.

Zero Tolerance Policy

Glam London operates a zero-tolerance policy towards abusive, aggressive or rude behaviour towards staff and other customers and reserves the right to refuse treatments in these circumstances.

Glam London reserves the right to amend our Terms and Conditions as and when it is considered necessary to do so. Were possible 28 days’ notice will be given for any amendment to our Terms and Conditions.
